Thank you for shopping with RaddyHub. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
- Items that are customized, perishable, or personal use products may not be eligible
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@raddyhub.in with your order details
- Our support team will guide you through the return process
- Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you regarding approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect items received
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Personal care/hygiene items
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
