Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with RaddyHub. We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
  • Items that are customized, perishable, or personal use products may not be eligible

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@raddyhub.in with your order details
  • Our support team will guide you through the return process
  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect items received

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable/digital products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Personal care/hygiene items

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Please check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank or payment provider
